I did this again. I really like having pre-made, single serving meals available. This is obvious from the unconscionable number of microwave rice bowls I usually consume and is a direct result of the fact that I hate cooking alone and I’m lazy. So having anything on hand that requires no effort is the only way I’m going to eat “not junk”.
The problem is that I’m so lazy I can’t make myself consistently put forth the effort to prep meals ahead of time. But when I do I really like it. These are lettuce, spinach, bell peppers, cucumber, mushrooms, chicken, black beans and (a little) cheddar cheese.
More sleep and less McDonalds. Possible tattoo?
