Today’s workout.  Tonight’s actually.  As predicted I did not get up and run before work.  Someday it will happen. 

In fact, it would be GREAT if that day were tomorrow since I have both a run and a strength/PU/SU workout on the calendar for tomorrow and trying to do them consecutively after work would make for a long, late night.

Back to tonight’s run: it was fine.  Short, easy.  I didn’t have a real target pace for the “hard” minutes, I just went at a good, effortful “strides” kind of pace and from the data it looks like I easily kept a 6:30-7:00 min/mile pace.  Fine for now, but I’m going to have to get a lot faster before the end of this.
