So this isn’t directly related to my 375 CPFT quest, but as someone who has spent my entire fitness history “out training a bad diet” this may have been the smartest and most effective performance enhancing step I’ve taken. The question is will I take it again?

I’ve gone back and forth deciding how much of my health and fitness regimen not directly related to CPFT prep to include here. The more I think about it the broader the area of influence becomes. I think I might have to start publishing all of my workout information because all of it influences and effects – either positively or negatively – my CPFT prep.
