This is the plan for my workout tomorrow.  I would like to say that I’m going to get up early and do it before work … but considering the time and my aversion to getting out of bed it’s more likely that this gets done tomorrow after work.

This is the first scheduled workout from my 12-week run plan.  I’ll post the schedule for October tomorrow along with my goals for the month and some more information about the timeline for the 375 CPFT challenge.
